Epicosity, a full-service marketing agency located in Sioux Falls, SD, is looking to hire a Digital Media Specialist
The Digital Media Specialist is the technical engine of the Epicosity media team. This role holds Responsible or Accountable ownership of every digital platform — paid search, paid social, programmatic, tracking, and analytics implementation. As the team's digital execution authority, the ADMS directly determines campaign quality, data integrity, and optimization velocity across all client accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaign Management

Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement audience targeting strategies using first-party data, platform audiences, and third-party segments to reach the right users at the right time.
- Write and test ad copy, headlines, and calls to action in collaboration with the creative team, applying performance insights to improve messaging over time.
- Manage campaign budgets with precision, allocating spend efficiently to maximize return and meet client KPIs.
- Perform ongoing bid management, A/B testing, and creative rotation to continuously improve campaign efficiency and results.
Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across all active accounts.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards that translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Deliver regular performance reports with analysis, recommendations, and forward-looking strategy to account teams and clients.
- Track and report on key metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
- Conduct audience analysis, keyword research, and competitive audits to inform campaign strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Social Media Advertising
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other emerging platforms based on client objectives.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams to ensure ad assets meet platform specifications and align with brand standards.
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to drive lower-funnel conversions and maximize the value of existing audiences.
- Stay current on platform algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and new ad formats to keep campaigns compliant and competitive.
Strategy and Collaboration

Partner with account executives to develop integrated media plans that align paid digital tactics with broader campaign goals.
- Contribute to client presentations, strategy documents, and quarterly business reviews with data-backed performance analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and web teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic digital efforts.
- Proactively surface emerging platform opportunities, beta features, and industry trends that could benefit client programs.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking setup.
- Familiarity with HubSpot marketing tools, including campaign tracking and CRM integration.
- Proficient in reporting tools, and comfortable building client-facing dashboards.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic search strategies complement one another.
