Research revealed a growing recognition that the current brand—anchored a position of legacy—didn’t resonate with younger, more affluent, or digitally savvy members and prospects. We needed to pivot and reposition the brand without alienating IFCU’s existing members

IFCU retooled our brand position to be a strong brand statement that bridges the trust and stability valued by existing members with the aspirational, progress-driven mindset of younger audiences.
A redesigned graphic identity and launch video brought an immediate tangible statement of the commitment to back up that position.

Together with IFCU, we launched a brand campaign both internally and externally, with a new voice and tone that appeals to new, younger audiences. We established a “Powering your financial future” market position and the competitive advantages it brings, all wrapped in a new look and feel for the brand. IFCU is back and better than ever.
