The Challenge
Marketing conditions and sentiment in the Post-pandemic financial industry were challenging to say the least. Deposits were down and loans were difficult for people to get. Where others saw a problem, we saw opportunity.
The Solution
We repositioned the brand as the “easy” answer for their members to get the loans they needed for home, auto and lines of credit, so that as a member of our credit union family, we could move forward together.
In addition, we were able to reoptimize our message targeting to spend less to reach more qualified customers.
The Work
Together with the Levo team, we collaborated to create a brand that feels as easy to be around as it promises. A consistent, relatable brand voice and lifestyle imagery serve as the conduit for ushering Levo into a new decade with an easy-going tone and style, and the obvious choice for all of your financial lending needs.
